Worst Legislative Session Ever?

First it was the pay raise.

Now, as I cynically predicted after the raise, the PAC to PAC ban is dead. The executioner, Wendell Mitchell, is the first to join what will be a long list.

In between the raise and the weaselly denial of everyone’s campaign promises? Gen Guin. “I don’t know what you said, but you’re wrong.” Sore losers in the senate refusing to play with everyone else. And to offset these problems, they’ve given us, what?

O.K., there’s a good argument that no new laws is a good thing. And my Alabama political consciousness is very recently awakened. But still, this is really bad, right?

Really bad or business as usual? Both.
